What restrictions are there?

No smoking, no pets, and no more than two guests under the age of 16.

When is check-in and check-out?

You may check in as early as 3:00 P.M. Central Time, and check out no later than 11:00 A.M.

How many people can stay here?

We have a strict limit of no more than 8 adults and children as overnight guests. Our overnight guests are welcome to bring their own daytime guests, but no more than 15 total persons can be in the home.

Can I have a party?

I am looking for guests who respect my home as much as I do. This is not well-suited for late-night parties or rowdy groups. 

Is it ADA accessible?

From the front door through all three floors is 100% wheelchair accessible with a permanent ramp to the street and a private interior elevator.

Is it suitable for business stays?

Yes, I have fast wireless internet and multiple areas to work around the flat, including a private office.
